In April 2007 we took part in a short term mission with Ezra International:
After arrival at the Kiev airport, we were transported by van to The Father’s House Charity Foundation, an Ezra supported ministry. Father's House was started to help children find a better life by taking them off of the Kiev streets. We met with Dr. Roman Korniyko, president of Father’s House and toured the facilities. Dr. Korniyko, a Kiev phsician, started helping the street kids of Kiev (over 100,000), and his committment has turned into a full time ministry of providing housing, food and schooling to the children. Anya, of Ezra, interpreted for Dr. Korniyko as he spoke in the Ukrainian language,
